Verónica de Santos de Dios

I’m a Chemist with a Master’s degree in Genetics, Physics and Forensic Chemistry by the University of Tarragona. I am working as a laboratory technician in the Water, Environmental and Food Chemistry Unit at the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA, Barcelona). My work is based on the analysis of organic contaminants of emerging concern (CECs) by target, suspect and non-target screening in different environmental samples (wastewater, crops, etc.) by means of Liquid Chromatography coupled to High Resolution Tandem Mass Spectrometry techniques.
