The Global Change and Genomic Biogeochemistry and Environmental Toxicology groups offer a hosting offer for a PhD position. The project will be focused on studying the effects of pollutants on marine environmental DNA (eDNA) and copepod-associated microbiome composition in the ocean.
Applicants must hold a master degree on science (or equivalent). A background in molecular and cell biology, systems biology and bioinformatics will be considered.
The selected student will present his/her application for competitive PhD calls, such as AGAUR-FI or FPU.
