The Research and Development Center (CID-CSIC), to which the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC), and the Institute for Advanced Chemistry of Catalonia (IQAC-CSIC) belong, has obtained the accésit without endowment of the Gender Equality Accreditation (Distintivo de Acredicatión en Igualdad de Género) of CSIC.
In a letter signed by the CSIC President, Eloísa del Pino, CSIC has valued the adaptation carried out of the measures contemplated in the Equality Plan, the establishment of innovative actions, the inclusive advertising content design and the gender disaggregation of personnel data, and the scientific dissemination activities carried out with special attention to encouraging scientific vocations in girls.
