Description
I am a researcher and lecturer dedicated to the hydro(geo)logical processes of porous-fractured and karst systems. My work is centered on integrating laboratory experiments, computational simulations and analytical modeling to understand saturated and unsaturated flow and transport at varying scales. Starting on pore scales, I explore the interplay between internal system geometry and fluid and transport behavior, and extend these insights to catchment-scale models that tackle the complexities of groundwater systems. My research aims to provide practical, predictive tools for the sustainable management of water resources in the face of global environmental changes.
