Conflict Management Committee

This commission was established in October 2023, with the purpose of mediating and resolving potential interpersonal conflicts that may arise within the center. The mission of the commission is to try to resolve problems, requests, or complaints, either anonymously or not, depending on the preference of the individual involved.

The members of the commission are five individuals representing various positions within IDAEA.

All members have signed a confidentiality agreement, ensuring that any information shared will not leave the commission, and mediation will be attempted internally. For cases that cannot be resolved or need to be escalated, these will be referred to the IDAEA direction, who have also signed the confidentiality agreement.
