Dr. Brian Jonathan Young studies the adverse effects of chemicals on aquatic (fish, daphnia, algae) and terrestrial (plant, earthworm) organisms. His main research topics are endocrine disruption in fish and toxicity assessment of contaminated soil and water, effluents and waste. Also, he works on remediation of contaminated sites. Currently, he is working in the zebrafish facility and the toxicogenomics team that belong to the Environmental Toxicology Group, IDAEA-CSIC.
