Jordi Parera is PhD in chemistry. He is at the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC) in Barcelona (Spain) since April 2005. His work is based on the analysis of dioxins, furans and PCBs and other persistent organic pollutants (POPs) in food and feed as well as human serum, blood and tissues using GC/HRMS.
