Summary

I am a PhD researcher affiliated with the Institute of Environmental Assessment and Water Research (IDAEA-CSIC) and the Department of Geography at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).

I hold a degree in Forest Engineering and a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Remote Sensing. My research focuses on high-mountain environments, with particular emphasis on snow cover dynamics and snow persistence, and their implications for hydrological and biogeochemical processes in the Pyrenees.

I work at the interface of ecosystem biogeochemistry, hydrology, and remote sensing, using high-mountain ctachments, including streams, lakes, and groundwater as natural laboratories to study how climate and human-driven changes affect water, carbon, and nutrient dynamics.
