Postdoc Researcher

Summary

I am a postdoctoral scientist specializing in environmental microbiology, microbial aerosol science, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). My research explores how microbial communities and resistance determinants emerge, persist, and spread across environmental and human-associated ecosystems. By combining high-resolution molecular approaches with innovative workflows, I aim to track microbial and AMR transmission pathways, including airborne dispersal, and identify environmental reservoirs and drivers. Ultimately, my research seeks to support One Health strategies to monitor, limit, and prevent the spread of antimicrobial resistance.
